Two separate restaurants at Chesterfield Town Center located next to each other. Each restaurant is approximately 10,000 SF with a rooftop bar area. The restaurants were each provided with (2) instantaneous gas fired water heaters. The HVAC systems were a combination of packaged roof top units and ducted mini-splits with a dedicated mini-split outside air unit.

A 10,000 SF brewery located in Scott’s Addition. The project is served by packaged roof top units. The brewing processis supported by a steam boiler and roof mounte chiller.
