A 12,000 SF facility that includes a full commercial kitchen, seating area, a full brewery and an arcade. The project is served by packaged roof top units. The brewing processis supported by a steam boiler and roof mounte chiller.
1420 N. Parham Road Richmond
HVAC, plumbing, gas, and electrical design of a 50,000 SF aquatic center within the existing Regency Mall in Richmond, VA. Project includes multiple swimming poools, locker rooms, offices, and viewing areas.
11500 Midlothian Turnpike Richmond
Multiple tenant spaces within the Chesterfield Town Center were incorporated and redesigned into a 29,000 SF fitness facility. The project repurposed existing packaged roof top units to support the facility and reworked the existing smoke control system as needed.
17650 Midlothian Turnpike Powhatan
The new headquarters for Classic Granite & Marble located in Powhatan VA. This 83,000 SF facility includes a 44,000 SF storage/working floor to shape and store marble plus 38,800 SF of office space. The manufacturing floor is served by a gas fired system and the office areas is served by a variable volume HVAC system with terminal boxes.
1011 Johnston Willis Dr, Richmond
OES provided the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and medical gas design for a 50,000 SF medical office with multiple tenants. Systems included variable air volume packaged roof top units with series fan powered reheat boxes.
7250 Patterson Avenue, Richmond
A 5,000 SF food hall with a full commercial kitchen. The facility is served by a combination of ducted air handling unit with gas heat and ducted mini-splits. The food hall was provided with (3) instantaneous gas fired water heaters.
